This rainforest-themed Mini-Golf Adventure Centre and Café is built into 2 storeys of the Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin. The Inca and Maya interiors were hand sculpted by specialist theme park contractors from the USA, and incorporate many audio visual tricks to add to the experience. There are 36 holes of mini-golf to play in 2 overlapping courses, both ending at a central ‘18th Hole’. Key to the overall venue is the large Café and Retail area which acts as a gateway to the courses, and which can host parties and large groups for functions. With a dramatic graphic printed floor covering imitating the rainforest floor, complete with large scale insects and butterflies, the theme is very much carried through in this unique venue. This was a complicated design brief and build, which we thoroughly enjoyed working on.
