This project involved the creation of a bay window to the front of the house and a single storey extension to the rear to house the kitchen and new dining area for this family. The large rooflight dropping light down is a main feature of the new kitchen while the window seat is the focus of the dining area with the corner window facing towards the garden. Utility was an important aspect for these Clients and every step of the way, the design reflects that, aiming for the most user friendly solutions for unique problems.
