A busy high street location in Dublin, this crêperie was designed to reflect the brand offer - chocolate, coffee and crêpes! The project brief involved the design and procurement of the unit within a busy retail outlet that continued to trade, and included branding, signage and uniforms. With a high volume of turnover from passing trade, the efficiently designed service counter to ensure flow of customers was critical.
