This project involved the extensive refurbishment and extension of a 1930's semi-detached house. A full Deep Retrofit upgrade was carried out to both fabric and services for clients with a keen interest in energy conservation. Having brought it from a BER rating of F to a rating of B1, this house has been exhibited for nZEB Open House.
